The Spa offers a variety of Massage treatments and the Thermal Journey experience, which includes large outdoor Hot Baths, Cold Plunges, Waterfalls, Saunas, a Eucalyptus Steam Room, Outdoor Fireplaces, and indoor/outdoor relaxation areas situated in a natural forest setting.

The Thermal Journey follows three stages through hot, cold, and relaxation installations. First, a body-heating process is initiated to cause surface blood vessels to dilate and increase blood flow to the skin. The eucalyptus steam bath, Finnish and Infrared saunas, and outdoor hot Baths create a raised body temperature that causes profuse sweating and cleanses the skin’s pores. The second stage involves closing the skin’s pores with a brief but highly beneficial cool water rinse in a shower, waterfall, or cold plunge. The final stage is designed to allow the cardiovascular system to regulate itself through rest. Take comfort in the relaxation areas, which include cozy indoor solaria and outdoor spaces, hammocks, or a Muskoka Chair at an Outdoor Fireplace.
